KLM – Ailo

Ailo is based on research collected from KLM since February 2017, it was found that KLM had an issue of disconnection between employees located in different physical environments. As a result of these findings we designed Ailo to facilitate a creative office tool that is able to be customized for the specific employer needs in every KLM departments.

Ailo is a concept campaign for ‘the winning way of working’, which aims to create a holistic workplace design. The central goal of Ailo is to create an atmosphere where KLM employees are able to experience flexible and customizable environments, disconnection between colleagues and locations is reduced, and plant health benefits in the office are promoted.

The final design solution (Ailo) is a physical structure that can be installed in the ceiling of any work place. It has multiple functions and can be used as a room separator, a ceiling piece or as a table for a break or casual business meeting. Ailo makes any space flexible and fits user needs. DxC: Find Fukuoka

Find Fukuoka is a new form of welcome in the Fukuoka International Terminal. When people arrive at the airport a big yamakasa float statue will welcome them, next to the statue is a big board where you van get a postcard folder and a compact information cards. Each card has a front with information about how to use transport in and around Fukuoka. The back of the card shows an image of an interesting place in Fukuoka. The set consists out of 8 different cards, travelers pick and choose the cards they need and/or want, put them in the postcards folders and they are ready to enjoy Fukuoka!

 

Reclaim Experience

In the recent years, Schiphol airport has witnessed a considerable increase in the number of arriving passengers, gradually challenging its baggage reclaim capacity and comfortability. In order to maintain its status as a leading airport and meet long term demand, Schiphol Airport raised the question of how the baggage reclaim can be a part of the overall positive flight experience. Targeting this issue, we developed Fline. a family of chatbots who provide passengers a personalised assistance in every of their steps relieving their baggage worries.
