As new technologies develop and new possibilities for services surface, we at the MediaLAB Amsterdam have developed a guide that helps identify the most important aspects when designing and creating a “Cross-platform UX” project. We have been reflecting on what the best way to approach one of these projects would be like, and have come up with a blueprint that helps teams to clarify their design and technical needs in order to have a successful and meaningful service.
