Today at the MediaLAB Amsterdam we had the Prototyping Workshop. We took some time to review what prototypes are, different types like Low-Fidelity and High Fidelity Prototypes. Then the students worked on a paper-prototype to test one concept from their projects. Here are some of the cool prototypes the teams built and tested within very few minutes!!!
We also took a look at other tools that can be handy when building prototypes whether they are for web applications, phone apps or hardware interfaces.
Finally, we built a small circuit with Arduino in order to start to get familiar with its programming environment and electronic circuits. The Games 4 Therapy team has already been building things with Arduino and maybe some of the other teams will also need it later on.
