This Monday 9.30 we started with the Skype call to Japan. The first introduction was very nice and we are looking forward to the collaboration with the Japan Team!

The planning session and ideation.
Two of our stakeholders were involved in our meeting. They gave their ideas of what they think was important for our planning. We took these ideas with us in the brainstorm. Out of the brainstorm session we build up our sprint goal.
Our sprint goal for the next three weeks:
“Create a prototype that shows a concept based on the excisting data around the waiting lines at Schiphol Airport in order to relieve one current friction.”
We build up our goals and choose the matching methods. For that we used the Design Methods Toolkit and methods that some of the team members has used in previous work.
At the end of our sprint, as a minimum viable product, we want to build:
“A psychical testable prototype”
