TASKS

1. Describe each person’s workload & pressure. What tasks do they already have, what are the deadlines, how comfortable are they with them?
2. Define the influencers for each member. What is their skill level, the complexity of each task, is there a trait anxiety, what are their personal reasons for stress? Extrovert people may perform better under more pressure, introverts prefer less.
3. Shift tasks. Who is bored (sloppy) and who has too much pressure (panic)? Try to keep it balanced as shown on the front (flow).
4. Give new tasks. Who is able to take the new task – depending on skill, personality and pressure level? If you don’t find anybody – shift tasks again.

WHEN

At any moment.

WHY

Allocate tasks to the right people in your team.

NOTE!

Have a team with defined tasks.

OUTPUT

Higher performance of your team.
